Overview

A reputable general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead site operations on ground-up projects. A January start preferred but the company will wait for the right long-term fit. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative environment where experience is respected and mentorship is part of the culture.

The Role

The Superintendent will be responsible for full site execution with a strong emphasis on groundworks, subcontractor management, and safety. 5–10 years of experience delivering small to medium sized ground-up projects required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations from groundworks through completion
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site trades
• Enforce site safety programs and standards
• Conduct site walk-throughs with consultants and inspectors
• Maintain project schedules and milestones
• Ensure high standards of site organization and quality
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and leadership team
