Salary Range - $55,000 to $65,000 negotiable depending on experience. Annual Review on Salary. Two Bonuses every year. Health Benefits Package. 3 weeks vacation. Free parking.

Essential Functions of this role:

Shipper and Receiving staff will start their career at our Headquarters near Hamilton, Ontario. As a customer-focused technical product expert, the successful candidate will complete 100 or more shipments per day by coordinating the processing and loading of orders. We are looking for a career-minded individual who is open to working hard and has great attention to detail.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting customers with finding parts for equipment, with professional customer service.

• Picking customer orders in the stockroom of over 25,000 industrial equipment parts

• Packing and shipping customer orders (domestic and international)

• Process and complete shipping for packages daily

• Manage inventory and cycle count

• Disassemble the weekly parts crate from the USA.

• Organize, ship, and receive equipment

• Supply workshop with parts for customer machines for assembly and modifications

• Continue to streamline work order procedures to be more effective in keeping up with demand

• Help clean and tidy the stockroom and warehouse

• Assist other teams with tasks as needed

• Must be willing to work some overtime

• Assist with some light IT issues

Minimum Requirements:

• One year of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience, including experience with RF Scanners, experience using any ERP software is a plus (Prelude is preferred);

• Domestic and international shipping experience.

• Equipment experience with sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts.

• High School Diploma will be required for this role.

• Initiative, critical thinking, problem solving, judgment and decision making, persistence, attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, concern for others, teamwork.

• Ability to stand on your feet all day and lift 70lbs regularly.

• Good communication and computer skills. Bilingual English/French skills are a plus, but not necessary for this role.
