Manpower is looking for multiple Front of House Supervisor (FOH) for our client in Winnipeg to start immediately, the client has multiple locations across Winnipeg Manitoba.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting all the FOH daily operations; achieving the objective established by the General Manager by implementing decisions on every shift.
• Provide an excellent guest experience by exceeding guest's expectations of sincerity, friendliness, and willingness to please
• Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of menu items, including allergy restrictions, while ensuring staff are following the allergy protocol procedure
• Ensure guest complaints/concerns are addressed promptly and respectfully.
• Assisting in the training of all FOH staff
• Overseeing that all cleaning checklists are completed, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and sanitized facility
• Providing feedback to the GM and FOH Manager on FOH employee performance and equipment
• Ensure clear communication to employees and document when concerning any HR related situations
• Assisting FOH manager with ordering, inventory and FOH audits
• Completing daily cash reconciliation (in the absence of GM and FOH Manager)
• Communicating all issues outside of their scope of responsibility to the GM
• Ensuring that all employees are provided a work environment that is safe and free of any and all harassment
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Maintaining SmartChoices certification
• Excellent coaching and team-building skills
• Experience in the FOH of a fast-paced restaurant
• Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal & written
• Outstanding organization and coordination skills
• Ability to be proactive in challenging situations
