Emergency Response and Leadership :

• Act as the first responder to emergency situations, taking charge of the scene and coordinating responses
• Handle potentially violent situations involving clients (over 4000 per year) and maintain control of the situation
• Lead the organization’s response to workplace violence and harassment incidents, collaborating with Occupational Health and Human Resources
