Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AWS React NodeJS)

Location: 100% Remote Canada
Time Zone Requirement: Must be able to work in the PST time zone
Experience Required: 10 Years

Pay Rate: $70-$80 CAD PH

Role Summary

We are hiring for this position where the selected candidate will work on a product-focused initiative building modern water management workflows. This role blends strong backend cloud architecture with hands-on full-stack development. You will help design build and scale cloud-native systems while contributing to impactful user-facing features.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance water management solutions within product-based workflows
• Design and develop scalable cloud-native backend services on AWS using containerized and serverless architectures
• Write clean testable production-quality code
• Architect and implement high-volume high-frequency data loading and transformation pipelines using modern ETL methods and tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions
• Provide technical guidance through design discussions and code reviews
• Develop user-facing features using React and modern web tooling
• Contribute to architectural and implementation decisions across engineering initiatives

Must-Have Skills

• 10 years of professional software development experience
• Strong backend development experience with hands-on expertise in AWS services
• Proven experience designing and building scalable distributed systems
• Deep expertise in cloud-native development using AWS services such as Lambda API Gateway and DynamoDB
• Strong full-stack experience with NodeJS and React
• 3 years of hands-on experience with React and its ecosystem
• Experience building high-volume data processing and transformation systems

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with AWS IoT
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Understanding of machine learning concepts
