About the Role

Were looking for a curious detail-oriented Digital Marketing & SEO Coordinator to join our marketing team and work closely with the Manager of Marketing & Brand Experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who has a strong interest in SEO WordPress and data-driven decision-making and who wants hands-on experience shaping how Busch Systems shows up online.

Youll help support keyword strategy website optimization SEO best practices and performance reporting while collaborating with graphic designers PR & communications and sustainability team members to ensure our digital presence is aligned discoverable and effective.

This is a growth-focused role with mentorship and room to expand skills over time.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Optimization

• Support keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for blog content website pages and product / service pages
• Assist with on-page SEO optimizations (meta titles meta descriptions headings internal linking alt text etc.)
• Help monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console and SEO platforms (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs Moz or similar)
• Identify basic technical SEO issues and collaborate with internal or external teams to address them
• Assist with implementing and maintaining structured data (schema markup) where appropriate

WordPress Support

Data Reporting & Insights

Email Marketing

Work closely with the Manager of Marketing & Brand Experience as well as the Sales Manager to create and send email marketing campaigns

Utilize CRM System (Salesforce) to upload lead lists assist with outreach to cold leads and help maintain list health
