Maintenance Technician (Full Time)
Join Altea as a Maintenance Technician who cares for the health, safety, and operational excellence of our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks using computerized maintenance management software.
- Respond to work orders, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
- Collaborate with Joint Health & Safety to maintain compliance.
- Communicate with staff and guests regarding service disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, inspections, and pool chemical checks.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school training is a plus.3+ years of facility operations experience in plumbing, HVAC or electrical.Proficiency with hand and power tools, multimeter, and ammeter.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Current CPR / First Aid certification.At least one of : Certified Pool Operator (CPO), pool operations knowledge, apprenticeship coaching.Preferred Skills
Methodical, accountable, detail-oriented, results-oriented.Strong communication, safety awareness, and leadership.Physical stamina for standing, bending, moving.Benefits
