Responsibilities for a Commercial Security Shift Supervisor
Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance.Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services.Review and export CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems.Providing excellent customer service to various tenants.Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation.Must be able to cover a guard's shift as needed.Coordinating day-to-day operations to the site supervisor.Responsible for ensuring that security licenses are up to date for bullpen staff.Assisting the Field supervisor in tracking various training matrices for guards and the team leads.Maintaining Training Matrix and performing other responsibilities as per assigned by the client.Qualifications for Commercial Security Shift Supervisor
1 to 3 years experience in security supervisor experienceExcellent oral and written interpersonal skills (English an asset)Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookValid Alberta Security license and first aid cardMust be able to work 4 / 4 - 2 12 hour day shifts & 2 12 hour night rotational shiftDemonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretionDemonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrestBe eligible to work in CanadaMust have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalismAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing environmentLeadership and mentorship skillsAble to work in a team environment or independently as requiredGardaWorld : Make the world a safer place
