Main Duties and Responsibilities : Ensure all incidents are investigated to identify causes; work with stakeholders to agree on corrective actions; track corrective actions through to completion; monitor successTrack OHS data in a meaningful way (accidents, near misses, workplace inspection findings, days lost, etc.); create and maintain KPIsUse leading indicator data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and to develop department-specific training to address those opportunitiesCollaborate with departments on their Safety Improvement Plans and develop SOPsChair / Co-chair Joint Health and Safety Committee meetingsLead PRIDE and SQUAD teams within unit and region to enhance Safety awareness among all staffManage safety training programs for Unit personnel.
