Job description

The EHS Administrative Assistant provides internal and external support by answering questions, completing administrative tasks, and support in a timely efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high level internal and external customer service by answering questions, completing administrative tasks and support in a timely, efficient manner
  • Assist with provisioning and setting up employees in various systems
  • Maintaining online systems and databases (updating employee lists, fleet information, documentation, etc.)
  • Event coordination (finding and booking event locations, ordering food, etc.)
  • H&S Prequalification forms
  • Assist with documentation : edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and adherence to company style guidelines
  • Excellent business partnering and interpersonal skills. Able to establish rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience
  • Flexible and innovative; the ideal candidate brings a positive, high-energy attitude with strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to tailor communication style with all levels in the organization
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Either post-secondary diploma or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and execute project-related tasks
  • Strong MS office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently; Able to organize, plan and prioritize work
  • Comfortable with change, can thrive in a dynamic environment, and adapt quickly as we continue to grow and evolve
