Job description

Experis is assisting once of their clients in finding an Order Support Centre Representative.

This is a contract opprtunity duration is for 12 Months,

The role can be done remote from anywhere in Canada.

Order Support Centre (OSC) Representative

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

Order Fulfillment, which includes order and contract management, order tracking, billing and financials

MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

Minimum 5 yrs working experience in an office environment

Accounting & financial experience in IT

Expediting / Order Fulfillment experience including :

Order processing & tracking

Contract management

Billing

Communications, analytical, administrative, organizational skills

Advanced MS office (especially Excel)

DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

Cisco experience nice to have

Vendor management, Procurement experience will be beneficial

Flexibility, Dependability, Teamwork

EDUCATION :

BBA, BCom or similar Business education (degree strongly preferred, diploma would be considered)

Finance or Accounting certifications / designations strong nice to have
