Experis is assisting once of their clients in finding an Order Support Centre Representative.
This is a contract opprtunity duration is for 12 Months,
The role can be done remote from anywhere in Canada.
Order Support Centre (OSC) Representative
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Order Fulfillment, which includes order and contract management, order tracking, billing and financials
MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum 5 yrs working experience in an office environment
- Accounting & financial experience in IT
- Expediting / Order Fulfillment experience including :
- Order processing & tracking
- Contract management
- Billing
- Communications, analytical, administrative, organizational skills
- Advanced MS office (especially Excel)
DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :
- Cisco experience nice to have
- Vendor management, Procurement experience will be beneficial
- Flexibility, Dependability, Teamwork
EDUCATION :
- BBA, BCom or similar Business education (degree strongly preferred, diploma would be considered)
- Finance or Accounting certifications / designations strong nice to have
