Responsibilities :

• Performs a wide variety of activities on various machinery throughout the plant
• Follow all steps outlined on machine specific work instructions.
• Read and work from part drawings and follow verbal instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC Precision Mill or Lathes- 3, 4 and 5 axis.
• Pull raw material inventory according to order specifications.
• Set up, adjust and operate the waterjet cutting and various other metal cutting Machines.
• Properly load material onto cutting bed with appropriate material handling equipment (may require lifting of up to 50 lbs.).
• Monitor and manage (including troubleshooting) the cutting operation.
• Assess cut pieces for quality, measure and document your work and prepare the product for delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and other material movement jobs as required.
• Inspect and record part quality utilizing various measurement equipment.
• Assist primary operator to load blanks on machinery in various departments.
• Use various pneumatic or electrical hand tools.
