Licensed Practical Nurse

Build meaningful relationships with your clients.
Flexible schedules are available.

What you’ll be doing :

Providing skilled nursing visits for clients by creating a care plan for the client.

Following the client’s plan of care.

Monitoring, recognizing, and reporting changes in the client’s condition.

Medication reminders for the client to self-administer.

Must be willing to work a minimum of 3-hour shifts.

What we’re looking for :

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

Registered in BC as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Must be willing to work in a facility environment.

CPR certified.

Access to a vehicle.

Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
