MISSION

Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, we are looking for a new talent to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative for the HVAC division.

In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and play a crucial role in customer satisfaction and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) :

• Respond to customer inquiries - Telephone and Counter
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Perform all sales-related administrative tasks (claims, sales invoices, order entry, etc.)
• Work closely with the HVAC team
• Keep abreast of new products and attend information sessions
• Follow up on supplier promotions

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual in French and functional English for daily interaction with our English-speaking clients.
• Good knowledge of HVAC products
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to negotiate and influence positively
• Ability to build good relationships with customers
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• DEC in building mechanics OR DEP in heating (asset)
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
