Facilities & Maintenance Technician

Reports to : Senior Operations Manager

Job Purpose : Maintaining the cleanliness safety functionality and overall condition of both company buildings. This role performs routine inspections preventative maintenance light repairs groundskeeping and coordinating external contractors as required to ensure facilities are well maintained and operational.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability :

Maintain cleanliness of building exterior and entrances :

• Cut grass and weed whack as required
• Spread salt and clear snow from walkways and entrances
• Manage waste placement for municipal pick up (weekly garbage recycling & organics)

Maintain cleanliness of interior of building and entrances :

Equipment & systems monitoring :

Maintenance coordination & compliance :

Other duties as assigned
