COMPENSATION
- $28 $30 per hour (flat rate) productionbonuses
- BonusTiers : Extra compensation for exceeding the semimonthly thresholdof billed time : (110 134 hours) (135 160 hours) (161 hours)

- Maintainaccurate records of work and customerinteractions
- Conductquality checks to ensure industrystandards
- Inspectand maintain tools and equipmentregularly
