About This Team
From concept through to pre-production, Product Development is the front-line contact with the finished goods vendor base, launching sketches, requesting sampling, fitting product, and maintaining a data library on the product life cycle. This cross-functional team partners with Design, Concept, Global Fit, Technical Development, Quality, Merchandising, Finished Goods Sourcing, Raw Materials, and Go To Market operations to deliver commercially ready products to buying teams. The team prioritises clear communication, strong cross-functional relationships, and ongoing personal and professional development in a collaborative, creative environment.
Core Responsibilities
The Junior Product Developer supports the Product Development organization under mentorship to drive the commercialization of best-in-class products in partnership.

Compensation and Benefits Package
The typical hiring range for this position is $73,000–$80,000 annually. Base pay varies by location and experience. Eligible employees may participate in a bonus program and other total rewards offerings.

Workplace Arrangement
This role is classified as In-Person under our SSC Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important to our culture; work is performed onsite, minimum 4 days per week.
