The Loss Prevention Specialist, reporting to the National Loss Prevention Manager, works with Regional Operations Managers to prevent and mitigate loss and damage through education and investigation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years experience in loss prevention. AND / OR in the security field.
• Experience in the transportation & logistics industry, an asset.
• BSP license, an asset.
• Interview training, such as the Wicklander-Zulawsky program, an asset.
• Excellent analytical & investigative skills.
• Ability to work with a high degree of honesty and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word
• Previous experience of access control and security systems
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Bilingualism in French and English. This role requires pan-Canadian communications, intermediate English is required.
• Must possess a Class 5 driver's license.
• Must own a vehicle.
• Must be able to travel to different stations in the region, several times a month.
