In this role, you will be a part of the Transportation team, of the Transportation and Infrastructure sector, based in London, Hamilton, or Brampton, ON office and have the opportunity to work on various Civil / Municipal projects.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Prepare preliminary Civil / Municipal design and coordination including Extensive CAD and Engineering Design support.
• Formulate quantity take-offs for construction cost estimates.
• Develop and compile specifications and tender packages.
• Conduct field visits during the design development and construction process.
• Coordinate project drawings with designers, project managers, CAD staff, and others.
• Contribute to proposal development (preparing schedules, conducting project research, preparing cost estimates).
• Ensure that the needs of the project are met in a timely and effective manner. Occasionally, may need to conduct site inspections and contract administration duties.
