730- Senior Sharepoint / Power Platform Analyst
Senior SharePoint / Power Platform Specialist responsible for modernizing SharePoint 2016 environments by developing scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools in alignment with the client’s M365 strategic objectives. Location : Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Must Have Skills
- Experience upgrading SharePoint (e.g., 2016 to Online) – 2+ years
- Experience using and supporting ShareGate – 2+ years
- Familiarity with government IT / IM policies and standards – 1+ year
- Experience with Central Administration in SharePoint – 2+ years
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) – 4+ years
- Migration experience across platforms (e.g., on-prem to cloud) – 4+ years
- SharePoint project experience with workflows, forms, and UI customization – 4+ years
- Troubleshooting forms and workflows (InfoPath, Nintex, SharePoint Designer) – 4+ years
- Preparation and documentation for user acceptance testing – 2+ years
- Technical design documentation in enterprise content environments – 2+ years
- Active Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker Associate)
- Awareness of ALM within Power Platform environments

Develop SharePoint Online solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into functional applicationsIntegrate Power Apps with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and other data sourcesDesign user‑centric interfaces and workflows to optimize user experienceImplement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practicesAnalyze legacy components : InfoPath, SharePoint Designer workflows, Nintex, JavaScript, and custom configurationsProduce as‑built architecture documentationProvide guidance and training to users and internal teamsSeniority level
