The result : a quality product that’s built right the first time.About The RoleThe Hoist Operator assists site team as needed, from running and operating the hoist to helping with hands-on with general site tasks.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRunning the personnel hoists as part of a crew, working with other ticketed operators;Manually run the lift, using the control panel to move between site floors;
• Speak with the crew via a walkie-talkie to plan which floor is needing the lift;Cover breaks and vacation days for your fellow hoist operators;

Perform inspections and safety checks on the equipment to prevent any mechanical issues;Assist with manual labour tasks as needed when not operating the machinery (cleaning or moving materials, basic duties up to 40lbs.
