Job Description

Are you ready to shape the future of public safety and commercial security applications? We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Senior UX Designer to join our award-winning, mission-driven Experience Design & Research team. This is a pivotal role for a designer to operate as a UX leader across our design team and cross‑functional product stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to define design strategy and drive implementation from initial concept through delivery and launch.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in the discovery phase, capable of identifying complex user problems through collaboration with research, leading dynamic ideation, and translating ambiguity into clear, high‑impact design. Crucially, you will partner closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure the accurate and high‑quality implementation of features into the final product delivered to our customers.

You will be instrumental in evolving our UX practice, leveraging your deep skills in interaction design, prototyping, and AI‑assisted workflows to deliver world‑class solutions recognized globally for excellence.

Candidates must include a portfolio, personal website, or work samples demonstrating UX apps and services solutions to be considered for the position.

Note : This is a hybrid role operating out of our downtown Vancouver Offices.

Basic Requirements

Bachelors degree with 4+ years of professional experience as a UX designer in digital product design.
