Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Application Security Penetration Tester. The Senior Penetration Tester will be responsible for conducting penetration testing on web applications, mobile applications, and some infrastructure testing, working with an experienced team of consultants on a variety of similar projects.
The role also includes some work with clients on ongoing security assurance and contributing to internal cybersecurity initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in web application penetration testing and reverse engineering
- Strong knowledge of application security and cybersecurity principles
- Experience in red teaming
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant rigorous certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, or similar.
- Ability to work full time in Canada without sponsorship
- Perfect English fluency is required
- Ability to write and communicate clearly is key
- Experience with cloud security and container security is a plus
- Experience with DevOps and DevSecOps is a plus
- Experience with software development and SDLC is a plus
