Prodomax Automation Ltd. is currently seeking a PROJECT MANAGER to join our team.

Pay Range : $85,000 - $135,000

The Project Manager will manage all facets of multi‑million dollar projects including the initiation, engineering, procurement, assembly, development & commissioning phases of projects. As a leader, you will influence decisions, proactively partner with operations teams, skilled trades, design, sales, senior management and our customers. Reporting to the Director of Project Management.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor & control project activities to meet financial targets and timing schedule
• Bi‑weekly financial reporting of project performance
• Primary customer interface for projects
• Develop project schedules and timelines, facilitating and driving project scoping, planning, execution, and closeout
• Communicate with customers to conduct update meetings and reviews
• Set up and lead meetings and reviews to coordinate the requirements of internal and external customers
• Coordinate with various departments for machine build
• Collaborate with shop floor, automation team, and project management team
• Installation and build planning of the project
• Timely delivery of tasks and escalation of concerns
• Preparation of quotes using in house Master File
• Maintain proper safety and housekeeping standards
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Limited travel to monitor site activities
