Description
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for our CRM platform's day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement.
They will be the primary point of contact for users who require training, reports, dashboard generation, and general assistance.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Customization :
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating workflows, validation rules, process builders, and approval processes.
- Implement new enhancements, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, and campaigns.
User Support & Training :
- Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.
- Ability to further develop existing training materials and conduct training sessions for new and existing users as required.
- Administer Salesforce licenses and other user-related activities.
Data Management :
- Perform regular data hygiene tasks such as de-duplication, loading, and cleansing.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
System Maintenance :
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including system upgrades and patches as required.
Continuous Improvement :
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and communicate updates and features to users.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator is preferred
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com setup and configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning App Builder.
- Knowledge of data management tools such as Data Loader and experience with data manipulation in Salesforce.
Soft Skills :
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
