Responsibilities :
Provide internal customers with expert advice on Broker premiumpayment process efficient processing and recording of premiumrelated cash transactions and monthly balancing of the cashreceived to paid receivables and suspenseentries
Monitor and report toFront Line Manager collection results for the assigned group ofBrokers troubleshoot unreconciled accounts escalate issues andrecommend process improvements
Record Broker statement and remittance history log impact of latepayment submission on the cash flow and write offprobability
Prepare and maintainmaterial premium unpaid balance log with detailed description ofcollection activity
