Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Business Applications, this role will work closely with the Digital workplace team members and other citizen developers. It requires an individual with some programming knowledge and a passion for customer service, outstanding analytical skills, and a high regard for usability.

Responsibilities

• Development using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform tools and Robotic Process Automation
• With the guidance of a senior developer, build solutions to meet business needs
• Perform testing
• Document processes and procedures
• Assist in database setup and configuration
• Maintain updates to and publish standards
• Demonstrate key behaviors and meet identified expectations outlined in our four cultural pillars : one team, continuous improvement, customer focus, and personal accountability
