Our client in the Insurance industry is in search of Document Prep Representatives in the Richmond Hill area.

Document Prep Representative

• $18 hour plus 4% vacation pay
• Paid weekly, every Friday
• Safe, clean, work environment
• Monday-Friday- 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm

What You Will Do

" Prepping, scanning and indexing Insurance documents, which includes but is not limited to physical documents received via mail, fax and courier

" Printing and inserting Insurance documents

" Sorting, prepping and scanning incoming policy and claims mail

Who You Are

" 1-2 years administrative skills

" Ability to work accurately with great attention to detail

" Excellent communication skills both written and oral

" Proficient in Microsoft Office

" Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

" Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset

Must be able to clear backcheck and adhere to company's vaccination policy.
