Your Role in Supporting Our Members
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will build, operate, and continuously improve the reliability, performance, security, and automation of our Azure cloud platforms while maintaining on‑premise workloads. You will design, automate, and support secure, observable, resilient, and scalable services meeting strict compliance standards.
Reliability Engineering
- Own availability, performance, and SLIs / SLOs for key services
- Reduce MTTR through proactive monitoring, root cause investigation, and remediation
- Build automated response workflows and enhance runbooks and self‑service capabilities
- Lead or contribute to incident response and drive actionable post‑incident improvements
- Build IaC using Terraform or Bicep
- Design and maintain CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Automate deployments, scaling, configuration, and drift management
Cloud Security, Governance & Compliance
Deploy and manage Azure Policies, Defender for Cloud, Managed Identities, and RBACEnforce governance through Azure Policies and Landing Zone standardsImplement secure by default controls, network rules, identities, and secrets managementCollaborate with InfoSec on risk reduction and audit readinessSupport Azure Landing Zones, platform upgrades, and modernization effortsContribute to cloud architecture patterns and platform reference designsOptimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and operational sustainabilityParticipate in 24 / 7 on‑call rotationDevelop runbooks, automation playbooks, and self‑service toolsPartner closely with Core Banking, Digital Banking, Data Platform, Architecture, DevOps, and InfoSec teamsWhat You’ll Bring to the Team
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (PaaS, IaaS, networking, identity, storage, and governance)Strong troubleshooting instincts across networking, compute, identity, and CI / CD pipelinesExperience supporting production systems in a cloud or on‑premises / hybrid environmentExperience with 24x7 production operations support and troubleshooting; participation in on‑call rotationExperience automating builds and releases of workload & configuration management via Azure DevOps pipelinesRequired Technical Expertise
Extensive experience with containers and Kubernetes platforms such as AKS or GKEVMs, VNets, Private Endpoints, Load Balancers, App Service, API ManagementAzure integration services, Logic Apps, Function AppsAzure Event GridNetworking security (NSGs, Firewalls, WAF)PowerShell, Terraform or Bicep / ARM, NodeJS or PythonExcellent knowledge of TCP / IP, HTTP / S, REST APIExtra Skills That Set You Apart

What You’ll Earn
The salary range for this role is $101,200 to $124,950, depending on qualifications and experience. Employees may also be eligible for the annual incentive program subject to eligibility requirements.
