Starter / Player Assistant / Practice Facility Attendant / Range Assistants

Responsibilities :

• Greet and check-in players at the starter booth, first tee, or practice facility providing service excellence ensuring everyone feels welcomed and has an enjoyable day.
• Record and monitor power cart usage, including tracking cart numbers going out on the course and charging green fees and power carts as required.
• Support first tee operations during club leagues and special events, assisting Golf Professionals as needed
• Maintain and promote proper pace of play by keeping detailed records, identifying slow groups and coordinating with the starter.
• Provide transportation for members and guests to and from the golf course when necessary
• Practice facility attendants will ensure all users are members or registered guests, and meet the required dress code.

These are Full Time and Part Time positions that report to the Starter / Player Assistant / Practice Facility Attendant Manager. The successful candidate must have availability during the day and maybe required to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace and Respect in Sport online certifications prior to commencing employment.
