To support our growth, we are currently looking for a Territory Sales Representative for the Toronto West region, to accelerate our client’s growth in the dairy and plant-based products industry.

The sales representative will be responsible for an assigned territory and for achieving the customer’s objectives in terms of distribution gains and sales targets in the foodservice channel (hotels, hospitals, golf courses, caterers, etc.).

Why VIBRANT?

  • Hourly wage of $23 / hr
  • Car allowance $650 / month
  • $50 / month cell phone allowance
  • Annual bonus of up to $4,000
  • Flexible schedule 4-5 days / week (9am to 5pm)
  • Working on the road (independent contractor)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with supervisor to achieve sales objectives and targets;
  • Increase sales for products represented in a specific territory, with an established customer base;
  • Visit food service outlets in the territory on a quarterly schedule;
  • Run daily reports, using the mobile application;
  • Track promotion performance with post-mortem analysis;
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers within the territory;
  • Provide informed solutions and assistance to customers;
  • Participate in trade shows.

Qualifications and skills required

  • Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license;
  • Relevant sales experience (minimum 2 years) and / or territory sales;
  • Ability to regularly meet and / or exceed sales targets;
  • Exclusive access to a smart phone the use of an application in the work process is implied;
  • Ability to embrace change, very good organizational skills with good priority management;
  • Demonstrate autonomy;
  • Ability to solve problems and find solutions quickly;
  • Practical knowledge of the food service industry, an asset;
