Overview

The Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group, led by the CIO, focuses on delivering secure, reliable digital experiences. As Manager, IT Enablement Platforms, the Network Platform Owner will lead the infrastructure that supports our Network solutions, shaping the architecture and governance that enable EDC’s 2030 transformation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into network strategies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Lead vendor management and governance for network service delivery.
• Serve as technical leader and subject‑matter expert for EDC’s network infrastructure.
• Negotiate diplomatically, de‑scale issues, and find creative solutions to complex problems.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and performance optimization across managed services.
• Communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and represent EDC in vendor discussions.
• Maintain a forward‑looking perspective on emerging technologies (AI, AIOps, DevOps, automation, etc.).
