Planner, building maintenance
Reporting to the Area Manager, Building and Asset Management, the Planner is responsible for the effective coordination and planning of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
He / she acts as a key liaison between the maintenance team and other corporate functions to ensure that buildings and facilities are optimally maintained.
Your responsibilities will be as follows :
- Analyze and clarify the scope of interventions with customers, to identify, among other things, task scope, constraints and duration;
- Implement preventive maintenance programs;
- Prepare intervention schedules based on resources, tools and equipment;
- Share the schedule, and actively participate in the work scheduling process, in collaboration with execution team leaders;
- Gather the material required for the execution of tasks, and verify the conformity of this material;
- All other related tasks.
In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have :
- 2-3 years' experience in planning and coordinating building maintenance activities;
- Diploma in a relevant field such as DEC in building mechanics, civil engineering, or a related discipline (an asset);
- Knowledge of maintenance systems, safety procedures and CMMS software (an asset);
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written);
- Good adaptability;
- Strong organizational skills.
