Campus Programs Specialist

Overview

As a Campus Programs Specialist, you will play a significant role in leading the approach for all student activities & recruitment across JDI. With a focus on building the student talent pipeline, & enhancing the student experience across the J.D. Irving, Limited group of companies, the Campus Programs Specialist oversees the coordination of campus activities and owns all elements of the corporate student program. In addition, the Campus Programs Specialist supports the recruitment process owner with maintenance of the recruitment process, system and data for JDI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
• 3-5 years related experience in Human Resources and / or recruitment
• Experience in student recruitment and employment / brand campaigns
• Strong presentation, influencing, attention to detail, & organizational skills
• Customer focused with exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
• Process thinking, continuous improvement, and the ability / experience to independently lead projects
• Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to travel occasionally
