We are seeking a seasoned VP Finance / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead an well-established, privately-held real estate developer.
This role offers a unique opportunity to enable the growth aspiration of a company with a diversified asset mix, multiple lines of business and large-scale real estate development projects.
The CFO will be instrumental in deriving value from complex organizational structures, overseeing financial planning and forecasting, and managing corporate finance.
Additionally, the role includes oversight of corporate services, making it a comprehensive leadership position providing regular counsel and support to ownership on a host of strategic and operational fronts.
The ideal candidate is a CPA with a minimum of 15 years of financial leadership experience, preferably within the real estate development or property management sectors.
