TalentSphere has partnered with a well established and award winning Architecture a firm with an office in Edmonton, assist them in finding a talented Contract Administrator to join their talented team. This firm are open to hiring a junior technologist or project coordinator who has some basic site visit or project coordination experience, and who is keen to further developer their career in Contract Administration on some high profile projects across Alberta. This firm have an excellent reputation for high-end and unique design and have an excellent portfolio of work encompassing both large scale developments as well as smaller projects across different sectors. This firm are continuing to grow and this is a great opportunity to join their collaborative team as they produce award winning projects and provide excellent service delivery to their clients across Western Canada.

THE JOB

The role will have you working with construction documents, development permits, submittals and tender, site visits, contract reports, change orders, RFI's, RFP's, and reviewing drawings in Revit. In addition you will be liaising with contractors, subconsultants, project teams and city officials. You will be involved in a variety of projects across different sectors and the role has great potential to develop further.

WHAT'S REQUIRED

The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology. You will ideally have some experience working in either a technologist, project coordinator or contract administrator role on variety of projects.

Technical skills must include designing details, drawing details, producing full working drawing packages and construction documents and development permits. In additional to good technical you must have experience working with Revit. Ideally you will have between 2 and 10 years of combined industry experience.
