About This Opportunity
- Location : Winkler Feed Mill
- Employment Type : Full‑time (40 hours / week)
- Salary : Starting wage from $19.00 per hour
- Schedule : Rotating shifts that include weekends and holidays
As a Production Operator at Canada Packers, you’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality animal feed in a safe, efficient, team‑driven environment. The position is part of a collaborative team that includes maintenance technicians and truck drivers, all working together to meet daily production goals.
Responsibilities
Working with machines, equipment & computer systems to produce animal feedCompleting required paperwork for assigned tasksFollowing manufacturing practices & safety policiesFollowing housekeeping standardsOperating plant equipment to achieve daily production targetsPerforming troubleshooting and minor repairs on machinesCommunicating any changes in product flow, equipment malfunctions, shortages or deviations from specifications to Team Lead or MaintenanceCollecting raw material and final product samples and performing tests to ensure compliance with specificationsMeasuring & weighing ingredientsFollowing quality standards and ensuring proper documentation for feed safetySkills & Experience
