About This Opportunity

• Location : Winkler Feed Mill
• Employment Type : Full‑time (40 hours / week)
• Salary : Starting wage from $19.00 per hour
• Schedule : Rotating shifts that include weekends and holidays

As a Production Operator at Canada Packers, you’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality animal feed in a safe, efficient, team‑driven environment. The position is part of a collaborative team that includes maintenance technicians and truck drivers, all working together to meet daily production goals.
