Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and develop workforce management software, combining strategic oversight of a team of 5 with direct coding, using Microsoft's tech.
• Ensure our platform's reliability and scalability through dedicated infrastructure and DevOps leadership.
• Lead AI enhancements and R&D for superior task allocation and product innovation.
• Manage and enhance integration capabilities with ERP / accounting systems for global scalability (Iris, CCH, Workday, etc.).
• Uphold and elevate software quality, driving innovation and best practices.

Required Skills :

• Expert in C#, Entity Framework Core, SQL, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems.
• Experienced with Azure, including Azure Functions, GraphQL, Blazor, and Azure DevOps.
• Proven track record in ERP / accounting system integrations and AI project leadership.
• Fluent in English and French; knowledge of the accounting market is a plus.
• Successful in scaling technology in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
