What You Will Do

This is an exciting full-time role for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning the quantitative equity investment management business and excited to tackle a broad range of data, investment, and technology challenges.

• Participate in a comprehensive training program, learning about elements of quantitative equity investment management and our investment process.
• Move into a specialized role using data analytics and data science to enable the Quantitative Equity Team’s research.
• Identify and assess new data sources, perform data exploration, and propose robust ways to integrate data products from many sources.
• Receive coaching and mentorship from senior team members to grow your career over time.
• Drive career growth in data through proactive learning and contribution.

The base salary range is $90,000 – $200,000 annually plus a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
