Job Overview

As an Operations Shop Hand , you will play a key role in supporting the Field Operations team in a dynamic carbon capture utilization and manufacturing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the construction, maintenance, and operational tasks at our testing facility. This role is hands-on, physically demanding, and requires a strong focus on safety and adherence to process standards. Mechanical experience, shop fabrication, welding, operator skills, millwright, and maintenance experience are all valuable assets for this role. You will report directly to the Field Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Construction & Setup :

• Perform general and skilled labour tasks during the fabrication, construction, and commissioning of Carbon Upcycling’s research and development facilities.
• Assist with equipment installation, assembly, and setup of workspaces.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during construction phases.
