Shift Managers are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. Shift Managers work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations.

The ideal Shift Manager candidate is a confident decision maker who is ready to learn. You must be an effective communicator both verbally and in written form.
You should be willing and ready to lead a team each shift and help train team members. As a Wendy’s Shift Manager :
