Concrete Finisher
Looking to hire 2 concrete finishers who have experience with Flatwork, Cutting lines, Running Floats for an established concrete formwork company.
The successful candidate will be performing a variety of tasks involving manual labor for concrete projects. They will clean and prepare job sites, dig trenches, set braces to support form work, understand and execute concrete procedures to meet with specifications of the project, set forms that hold concrete in place.
Pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float, screed and ensure poured concrete is laid and finished to the highest standard.
Shift : 7AM - 5PM, OT during the season is VERY COMMON. Successful applicants must be willing to work 50-60 hours per week.
Wage : $30 / hr - $32 / hr
Opportunity Requirements :
- 3+ years experience in Concrete Finishing
- Whimis and CSTS
- Ability to get to different sites as needed (Drives)
- Must be able to push, pull, move and lift up to 50 pounds
- Own Hand tools (trowels, edgers, hand float, groover, hammer, nail puller, speed square, chalk line, tool belt)
