Role Summary : The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between the dealership and customers requiring vehicle maintenance or repairs. This role involves coordinating service appointments, explaining recommended work, preparing accurate repair orders, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the service process. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where customer service and attention to detail are top priorities.
