Designed specifically for the demanding cooling systems used in the mining and road construction industries, Procore radiators are built for durability and reliability.

Micon Industries Ltd. produces high-quality radiator seals and grommets, precisely engineered to fit grommetized radiators. Like Procore, Micon serves the tough requirements of the mining and road construction sectors, delivering components that withstand the harshest operating conditions.

What Youll Do

As our Manufacturing Manager, you will :

  • Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with production goals and company standards.
  • Play a central role in the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP software, with a focus on streamlining production planning, inventory control, and real-time reporting.
  • Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency, track productivity, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of manufacturing.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs and quality control procedures, ensuring equipment reliability and product consistency.
  • Plan and manage production schedules, workflows, and labour allocation to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Identify production bottlenecks and implement data-driven process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce downtime.
  • Lead, coach, and support the onboarding, training, and development of production team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Track and analyze operational performance through ERP-generated reports, providing clear insights and updates to senior leadership.

  • What Were Looking For

  • 10+ years in a production, operations, or manufacturing leadership role
  • 10+ years as a tradesperson
  • Experience using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of sheet-metal or metal fabrication processes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
  • Comfortable working on the shop floor, side-by-side with the team
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Physically able to lift up to 50kg and work flexible hours as needed
