What You’ll Do :

As the Bulk Fuel Coordinator, you will oversee the Bulk Fuel Operation for the North Warning System, including the annual fuel resupply by sea, land, and air.

Key responsibilities include :

• Planning and implementing bulk fuel transfer schedules, including developing annual forecasts for resupply by helicopter, pipeline, and tanker truck.
• Supervising and providing direction to field bulk fuel personnel, ensuring operational procedures are followed.
• Managing bulk fuel inventory reconciliation reports and fuel test results.
• Monitoring fuel inventories, consumption, and transfers on-site and between locations, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Supporting additional duties and projects as required to assist the program and mission.

Who You Are :

• Education : Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience : Minimum five years in fuel handling within an industrial or military setting, with supervisory experience.
• Certifications : Petroleum Mechanic Helper (PMH) license.
• Knowledge / Skills : Expertise in WHMIS, IATA, and TDG. You have strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.

Proficiency in MS applications is required.

Working Conditions :
