Position : Oil Heating Apprentice

Team and Location : Charlottetown, PEI

Starting Salary : $22 per hour

Position Summary :

The Oil Heating Apprentice will provide support and assistance while working under a licensed Oil Heating Technician.

Key Responsibilities :

• Aiding in the servicing and installation of oil tanks, furnaces, and water heaters
• Assist licensed technicians with all other installation / maintenance requirements
• Administrative duties such as ordering parts, completion of work orders and invoicing, and assisting with shop related duties
• Other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills :

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Must be willing to gain hours towards obtaining an Oil Heating Technician license
• Valid driver’s licenses with clean abstract
• This position is a safety sensitive and will require pre-employment testing
• Flexible working hours including overtime is required
