On behalf of Facility Plus, Essence is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to service our commercial and retail customers across North America.
This role involves leading a team focused on growing our footprint across Canada and the USA through exceptional customer service.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead a team of National Customer Service Team Members.
- Maintain consistent, effective, and up-to-date office operations utilizing updates to technology.
- Vetting and growing our preferred partner network.
- Act as a liaison between customers and preferred partners.
Requirements :
- Post-secondary education or a combination of experience and education.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B customer service experience. Experience in the Facility Services and Building Maintenance Industry is preferred.
- Proven successful work history, leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills, working with Microsoft Office, CRM, and databases.
