Job description

Chandos is growing across Canada and were looking for an experienced Senior Manager HR Business Partnering.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources youll lead a geographically dispersed team of HR Business Partners who support each district as trusted generalists. Were looking for someone who has successfully led HRBP teams before excels in complex environments and can simplify and strengthen processes through effective change management and organizational design. If youre energized by growth passionate about developing people and skilled at working across HR functions this role offers the chance to shape something truly impactful.

What youll do

  • Provide strategic leadership for HR service delivery across the full employee lifecycle
  • Guide the evolution of HRBP practices ensuring the team operates as proactive insightdriven partners
  • Lead mentor and develop a highperforming HRBP team across multiple regions
  • Build team capability to deliver consistent highquality HR support in a growing multijurisdictional environment
  • Partner closely with the Manager of Strategic Recruitment to ensure HRBPs follow consistent recruitment standards tools and best practices
  • Collaborate with the Programs & Policies team to design and implement enterpriselevel HR programs that strengthen engagement retention and inclusion
  • Champion operational excellence by applying Lean principles to streamline HR processes and enhance crossfunctional collaboration
  • Provide seniorlevel guidance on organizational design workforce planning culture and change management
  • Support leaders through complex people matters balancing risk employee experience and organizational needs
  • Use HR analytics and workforce insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Support the adoption and optimization of HR technology to improve efficiency and decisionmaking
  • Ensure HR practices comply with legislation collective agreements and organizational policies
  • Stay ahead of emerging HR trends and regulatory changes to position the organization for longterm success

Qualifications : What you Bring

  • 10 years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility for HRBPs or HR service delivery
  • Proven success leading HR teams in complex multisite or multijurisdictional environments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Demonstrated experience driving organizational change transformation and culture initiatives
  • Broad HR expertise across talent management organizational effectiveness total rewards employee and labour relations DEI and workforce planning
  • Experience improving HR processes through continuous improvement and operational effectiveness
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and develop highperforming teams
  • Proficiency with HRMS platforms and HR analytics
  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across Recruitment Programs & Policies and HR Operations
  • Bonus : CPHR designation
