Site Facilitator
On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking four Site Facilitator for a six (6) month engagement based in Burnaby, British Columbia.
Site Facilitator Job Details
- Support the project lead in achieving project objectives
- Guide discussions and facilitate effective communication among team members and clinical / non-clinical stakeholders
- Manage processes to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve project goals
- Handle logistics and resources for various project activities
- Assist in documenting processes, decisions, and outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions
- Provide updates and feedback to the project lead and project team
- Identify and analyze project risks, proposing mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Support stakeholder engagement (e.g., Ministry of Health, Health Authorities, Doctors of BC, and vendor partners) as required
- Maintain detailed records of meetings, action items, and project progress
- Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather detailed requirements
- Create and maintain project artifacts, such as use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams as required
- Analyze and document user requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Site Facilitator Mandatory Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, project management, or a related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to guide discussions and facilitate collaboration among diverse groupsExperience in handling logistics and resources for projectsExperience in business analysis, including process mapping and requirements gatheringProficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectAbility to document processes and outcomes accuratelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategicallyFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologiesAbility to adapt and respond to changing project needs and prioritiesExperience working in BC Health Authorities considered an assetKnowledge of OceanMD and EMR systems considered a strong assetSite Facilitator Assignment Length
Six (6) month contract with the potential for three (3) extensions of six (6) months each.
